In 1948, Barney and Rosemarie Maguire founded Allied Concrete Products, determined to build a lasting concrete business that deserved the trust of its customers. Throughout the years the business has grown, but only because of this steadfast dedication never to lose sight of the satisfaction of the customer.

Our History
Allied Concrete Products Inc was established in 1948 in the basement of Robert “Barney” Maguire and Rosemarie Maguire’s home in Kansas City, MO. In 1952 the business relocated to 5031 Blue Banks, Kansas City, MO.
In 1975 Barney & Rosemarie retired and the business was run by daughter Judy and her husband Mike Furey. In 1991 Mike & Judy completed the purchase of Allied Concrete Products Inc. In October 1994, Allied relocated to their current location in Grandview, MO.
In July 2002 Mike & Judy Furey retired and turned the management of the business over to son Pete Furey, his wife Amparo and son-in-law Doug Thurman. Pete and Amparo’s son worked part time during summer and school breaks, in 2005 he joined the business on a full time basis.
